At Terra Medical, every hair restoration procedure is a collaborative effort between the surgeon and a dedicated team of full-time technicians. Based in our Orchard clinic, our technical team is trained to maintain high standards of graft survival and patient safety.

Adherence to International Technical Standards 

Our team follows the technical guidelines established by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS). This includes specialized training in the handling of follicular units, temperature-controlled graft storage, and the use of hybrid punch technology.

Specialized Roles in the Surgical Suite 

During an FUE procedure, our technicians perform high-magnification quality control. They inspect each harvested graft for viability, categorize them by hair count, and assist in the strategic placement of follicles to match the patient’s natural growth direction.
